The News

The Department of Education is seeking the public's views on the draft Children Bill 2010. As it stands we feel this is a highly contentious piece of legislation and is completely inappropriate for this small Island.

This was discussed in some detail at our meeting "Should THEY tell YOU how to raise your child?" in the Manx Legion on 29th March 2010.

The principal presentation by Tristram C. Llewellyn Jones is included below. Chris Robershaws speech will follow soon.

NOTE Your view must be submitted to the department by 5pm on Friday 30 April.
