PAG:  Peter, an environmental consultant and founder of CarbonPlan told our packed meeting of 1st March that he believes the Island could have a 'win win' situation with regard to growing energy crops. He stated that Biomass fuels were a proven technology and he understood the concerns of those who are worried about the impact growing energy crops could have on the Island.
